Overview
DeltaFacto (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://www.deltafacto.com. This policy covers the website only, not the separate systems we build or operate for individual clients under a signed engagement, which are governed by that engagement's own data-processing terms. By using this site you agree to the handling of information described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, company, and project details when you submit the contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call.
- Information collected automatically — standard technical data your browser sends to any web server (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page) via our hosting provider's server logs.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It is a static site with no user accounts or login. If we add analytics (for example, to understand which pages are useful) or a booking widget in future, we will update this section to name the tool and describe what it collects before it goes live.
How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To send information you've asked for, such as a proposal or quote.
- To maintain and secure the website, and diagnose technical issues.
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Third-Party Services
When you reach out, your information may pass through services we rely on to run the business, currently limited to email (for messages sent via the contact form or mailto link) and WhatsApp (for messages you choose to send us there, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms). When a call-booking link is enabled, scheduling a call will route through that provider's own booking system, subject to its privacy policy. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as it's useful to the relationship, or as required by applicable tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, as described under “Your Rights” below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR. To exercise any of these, email hello@deltafacto.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't store payment card or government ID details for this website in any form.
Children's Privacy
This site and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International Visitors
DeltaFacto is based in Ahmedabad, India, and information you share with us is processed in India. If you're contacting us from outside India, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed there.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
